Nicole has been with HAT since 2017 and became the director/producer in 2018! Nicole is a mother of 2! Nicole puts her all into everything she does. Without her HAT would be nowhere close to where it is today. Nicole wears many hats and juggles many tasks but always manages to lead professionally!

Charlotte has been with HAT since 2019! She is currently the director of The Staff Studio and a mother of 2. If you have heard or seen any of our productions, you know that a lot of work goes into making a cast a choir but Charlette always makes it happen! There is a TON of work that she puts into the show to make sure you (the audience) can hear every word, love every chord, and have every song stuck in your head on your way home!
Our productions are supported by an incredible team of parent volunteers, whose time and dedication help every show run smoothly, from behind-the-scenes tasks to coordinating key elements of each performance. In addition, we are fortunate to have professional staff on our team: Dean Baker, our lighting designer, who crafts the perfect atmosphere for every scene, and Jonathan Horanic, our sound designer, whose expertise ensures every cue, effect, and musical moment resonates with the audience. Together, our volunteers and professional staff combine their talents and dedication to create seamless, memorable theatrical experiences for our community.
